I’m very picky about my BBQ. Sadly, Lexington has forgotten how to make good BBQ. Decided to stop in and give it a try. We were greeted with a warm welcome promptly, had our order taken and our food was served to us fast. The BBQ, slaw, banana pudding and peach cobbler were outstanding and delicious! I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be a regular.

I have a top notch experience every time I visit the BBQ Specialist, food is fast, service is friendly, prices are astonishingly slow. Plus it's the best burger around!

This kind of place would only exist in South. Biscuits are fantastic. Pretty sure you can get a hamburger anytime. Their hours are 4 am-1pm. Their tenderloin biscuit rivals any in the area. Even if there is a line they get you out quick. The parking lot is full of potholes especially if you come in from back/side area. Small in-dining area on right. Sort of counter seating facing the wall.

I come for the breakfast! The speed of service is so insane, staff super friendly. Twice as quick to Mc-D, better than any fast food you’ll find in the morning.

I believe they increase their prices once a month. Everytime I buy a sandwich it cost me more than the last time.. about a month apart. A sausage, egg, and cheese with lettuce, tomato and mayo is over 6 now .
